Today was tiring. Only had 4 hours of sleep. Okay i forgot how to blog, or maybe i never knew how to. I have no idea what to say.

Anyways, today went to a wedding thing at Manggis Mall, then went to go have a second lunch with the other halves plus chris. We dangani-ed nicho to pierce his ears with fake magnetic earrings which got him into deep shit. i have no idea why he does stupid things like this. Then after, went to meet up with my supposedly seemingly proper other half. :) went to eat japanese teriyaki chicken with rice which was amazingly amazing. then we went to go watch a movie. and the unexpected happened.

our so called very first kinda official fight. :S have no idea whether it spiced things up or not, but i really really hope it didnt change things in a negative way.... :( but yeah, it was pretty cool. if only someone could've told me exactly why they were pissed........hint hint. joking wah~ merajuk ni. tsk tsk tsk. anyways, in the end it was all oh so very worth it, because in the end i realized fight or no fight, i spent the day with her. :) okay i'm finished.

Well two days ago was afif's 18th birthday. But we had his surprise party yesterday at cineplex; litterally at the cinema. We were standing outside cinema 4 on the staircase area waiting for Syuk to bring Fif in. Then boomshakalaka, we surprised him...he didnt look surprised. and other ppl watching weren't laughing, cuz they probly thought we were really lame... Cuz we had A2 sized signs saying happy birthday afif.

Anyways...after that we went to TK had late dinner (or early sahur) till about 1am. So anyways, i took the old road to jerudong, the jalan tutong way. Otw home, there was a police check!!!! About 3 months ago, i would probly be panicking and switching seats with my mum....but nooooo, this time i was alone and with my LICENSE!!!! yeeeehh~~ this was the first time i felt like i was 18. it was a great feeling to take out my wallet sitting in the driver's seat and show the police guy my license. i felt so mature...ooowaaattt~

Anyways, just wanted to let you know about it....oh and i got my first police warning that morning for parking on the side of the main road in front of school. :D oh and the day before was my first complaint about someone scratching my car... ;) many "firsts" this week.

Not to forget my first "3" ;) heeheehee.

IB is... fucked. I think IB is literally one of the biggest mistakes ive ever made. I dunno, maybe the outcome after might be worth it, but i mean, what if it isnt? It wouldnt have been worth all the trouble.

I'm NOT saying IB is shit to get some attention as in, "oh IB is hard, its difficult, its stressing me out....in other words, im smart, i deal with difficult stuff in school, everyone who do A levels are stupid..." I actually honestly wouldve preferred A levels. I know its not any easier in terms of standards, its probably as equally difficult, but in terms of amount of work, i would say its less stressful and puts less pressure on you. No need all this unnecessary extra work like community service, extra essays and presentations... I just think its just a waste of time.

So for people thinking about IB, ESPECIALLY if youre yellow IC, i'd advise you NOT to do IB, cuz requirements for a scholarship is fuckin stupid, its too high. If i knew before, i wouldve moved to JIS or sumthn. I think a move to JIS wouldve been cool...most of my friends are there, its a big school, and its near my house! haha..

Today was the first day of year 13, first day of being seniors, first day of school 2008-2009... Our last 'first day'. 13 years of school. sigh.

Anyways, we didnt do much in school today, just the usual welcoming in the morning, then we did our EEs after... didnt do shit. Although i found an article that would help. :D

This morning, i had my driving test.... and i ACED it! took about 5mins for the parking and another 5 for the driving... i was nervous going up the hill cuz i wasnt as confident, but it dint matter, cuz i managed to ACE it! haha...

So i guess now im free to be ppl's driver...for special payment lah. ;) Although my license will be available on the 14th cuz the JPD (land transport) are mighty slow. So at the moment, still gta have my mum drive me around. :(

The day has finally come! 08.08.08 MONEY MONEY MONEY to the chinese that is. ;) Apparently in China an estimate of about 40,000 chinese couples got married on this day. Talk about luck and superstition...

Anyways, i just finished watching the opening ceremony...thought it was 3 hours, but found out it was 4!!! The highlight of the night was the participation of Brunei Darussalam. Well the non-participation of Brunei actually (whats the opposite of participation kan?).

About an hour into the ceremony, the commentator says "We just got a notice that there are now 204 countries participating instead of the initial 205. Brunei Darussalam has been disqualified from the games as they failed to register their athletes on time." (something along those lines.) As soon as i heard, i felt so embarrassed for Brunei. I looked it up on the internet and it says that Brunei is the only IOC (International Olympic Committee) member that is not participating in this year's 2008 Olympic games! What a shame!

There were two athletes that were supposed to represent Brunei. Maria Koh for swimming and Mohd Yazid Yusof for shot put.

I just realized that the time of the posts i make arent the real times i actually posted. haha.

so now its 12am and its a thursday. so 8 days left... still a looonnggg way to go... :(

anyways, two days ago, tuesday, was hafiz's birthday and so we spent the day with him. First milin picked me and haziq at my place after picking up fiz, and went to sheraton for 'high tea' by the poolside. which was coolio cuz the place was niiceee... there were these round couch thingys that you could lie down in with your 'special other'. nice place for a date i guess... ;) so guys, take note... fif and qilah came too. i had banana split which was goooood~

after that we went to fif's house and chilled watching fif do his thang... continously changing until he got the right thing to wear ;) hot ia tu~ haha.

at 8pm we left for dinner at au lait...evryone came, the girls, tm's gang, muiz's gang. oh and wajeeh was there with his family i think, but eventually came up and hung with us. tinggi sudah yo~ baju mcm orang posh di england lagi yo~ anyways, the night was great, the carbonara was great. Muiz's music was exquisitely soothing. ;) jealous ku eh. haha.

oh and how can i forget, thanks alot nadj...for sending us home... preciate it alot. im staying at my brother's place in sungai akar (aka SA), but then nadj wanted to send me all the way to jerudong just cuz shes a good friend. gilerzzz payah kan dpt kawan cmatu atu ah nadj? thanks leerrrhhh... ;) i owe you one. alot lah. next time i send you home. haha.

It's wednesday today. Went to school in the morning with booboo. Loved every second she was around. ;) adam, jen, chris, and ayeshah were there too. Twas fun, although my ayamku that i was supposed to eat was ambushed by ants. So i had to throw it out. :(

Just got home from watching Dark Knight for the second time. I missed the first part when i watched it the first time, so tonight explained a lot. Supposed to be studying for my theory test (driving) which is tmro at 2pm. Obviously from this post, i'm procastinating.

I feel weird. I have no idea why. Slight nervousness with a hint of paranoia. the driving test...? booboo related...?

18th BBQ

The 14th was my birthday... even though i had that coolio amazing surprise party two days before, i still wanted a "gathering" for my special day. So i decided to have a BBQ at my place. Thought it wouldnt cost much, but when i went shopping with mummy, holy yaowzaaa! it was expensive.

Anyways, it was great! Everyone i invited came (except for 5, you know who you are. haha) so that was great. Had a lucky draw that abhar won three times but was denied that third time. My guitars seemed to have done alot of entertaining ;)

Booboo was the first to come, which was weird cuz she was supposed to come fashionably late. But then again i told everyone the BBQ started at 5, booboo came at 5.30, and everyone else at 6 onwards. An hour late...you cant blame them, theyre bruneians. ;)

Anyways, i'm feeling lazy again, so i think thats all for me tonight.

Sweet 18...?

Wow the last few days has been quite amazing... it all started on saturday. It was just a normal day, had a football match. We usually play at night, but this time we played at around 4 so we finished before maghrib. We usually go out to eat at the gerai after the match, but then since we finished early, we decided to go out to gadong and eat. :D We went to afif's house to shower and everything.

It was after that, when we were in the car, and haziq mentioned how we havent gone out on a saturday night in a while (usually football). And i was all, "oh yeh, true...i miss going out with the gang." So anyways, you'll see why i mentioned that later... haha

When we got to the mall, hafiz said that he wanted to go to mcd to meet his "gurl". So haziq, afif and I, went to hsbc to dangani me to take out some money. After we were done, haziq said, "guys, hafiz said to go to mcd to meet his gurl and her friends..." and i was all, "why why? im so hungry." (we were supposed to eat at c.a mohamad btw). So when we got to mcd, hafiz was downstairs and said, "guys come upstairs with me, my gurl bawa her friends, its awkward, so dangani me." (something along those lines). So we went up and i followed the guys go up... Then i kept on walking straight to the back area...Then i saw the back of this guy's head and i was thinking to myself, "hey that looks like akmal?" so i thought "hey akmal's here! probably with his family or sumthn." so i was gna go up to meet him, but then when i walked further, i saw hafiz in the middle, fauzi with a party hat and his camera (taking photos of me as if i just stepped onto the red carpet. haha.) and i saw everyone else! everyone! they all shouted "SURPRISE!!!!"

I was so surprised!!! I totally didnt see it coming at all!!! hahaha. It was great! as soon as they surprised me, i felt that nervous tingle in my body, but at the same time that feeling of "oh my god! shit! wow! im so surprised!" hahaha. it was such a great feeling though... never felt like that before.. it was honestly a "one in a lifetime experience". It was such a simple surprise party (like those ones you see on tv), but it was so great... Credits to the party planners ;) i think it was fiz and ziq... if i missed you out, credits to you too. ;)

Anyways, booboo was there! i was so surprised to see her..was great though ;) she looked so lawaaa. haha. (*me maluuuu*). hahaha. although after 5 mins of hugging everyone, she decided to ditch me for some other dinner...i think it was a family thing or sumthn...pfffft..family before me? tsk tsk tsk...haha nda bah. thanks for coming booboo. :D

So anyways, for the rest of the night, we enjoyed the party like 5 year olds! it brought back those young memories...we played musical chairs, this 'pass on the ball' thing, and this 'in-out' string game...

anyways im kinda to lazy to continue about what actually happened on my actual birthday. so ill make another post for that some other time :D

Is My Birthday...My Birthday.

*NOTE: its not actually today, its actually in 3 days, but then im excited! awu bah im sad wah...

People people, the day has finally come...exactly 18 years ago, on this day, i discovered that small speck of light and fought my way out of that little wormhole. ;) Oh how i wish i could remember that day... Oh no wait...im a cesarian... damn. oh well, it was on this day that my protective layer was cut open in order to let a new born homosapien enter this world filled with EXTREME wildness..

Can't wait to get my license! 18 years (well more like 10) of warming the passenger seat is finally over! But the bad news is that im pretty sure ill be actually officially getting my license in about a months time...But just in advance, id like to say that im more than happy to be your driver...you just have to pay for the petrol :D Exemptions will be made for those with drivers and that have sent me here and there...you know who you are.

Just Another Nightmare...

Last night, i had a nightmare... Honestly i did.. it was really weird, but scary at the same time. haha. It still kinda haunts me... Anyways...thought i'd share it to you all...

It started off with me in a hotel, have no idea what hotel it was. But i was on one of the floors in one of those typical long hallways covered with room doors on both sides. I was at one end of the hall next to the elevator where i saw a family of about 5 or 6 with their suitcases on the other end. The supposed father took out his key card and was about to open the door.

Just as they were about to enter their room, this teenage girl, more or less 16 or 17 years old suddenly came out of the corner next to the family's room that i didnt know was there in the first place. i guess there were more rooms around that corner... Anyways, what fuckin scared me was as she walked pass by the family, the family just suddenly collapsed!!! It was as if this teenage chick had some sorta star wars "the force" power where anyone standing in her way would just die! She kept on walking in my direction so i freaked!

Next to the elevator was a door that opened up to a flight of stairs, i guess it was the emergency exit incase the elevator was messed up or sumthn... I was so scared, so i escaped through that door.. As soon as i stepped in i could already hear the echos of my footsteps letting me know how empty it was. I stopped for a sec thinking "up or down" ... Usually people would have the sense to think that downwards was the direction of the lobby; surrounded with people! But nooo...i decided to go up for some odd reason!

I ran up i think two flights and saw the door for the next floor. I opened the door and it was dark! i was all wtf??? where the hell are the lights??? But i could see where i was...i was in some sorta private lounge with nice sofas..(you know the lounge place that sultan always goes to when he has visitors from other countries? the one with the golden chairs and the jade tables? yeh it looked sorta like that). Anyways, at the other end closer to the right side of the lounge, there was an open door with the lights on...Had nowhere else to go, so i just ran in there. As soon as i came in, i saw some fat chick with a tudong on sitting on one of those nice sofas knitting some sorta cloth. The room was so bright, it hurt my eyes. She didnt even look up towards me when i came. So i was like wtf, oh well... Across her was the same kind of sofa she was sitting on. So ran behind it and ducked, hoping that if that teenage girl came in, she wouldnt be able to see me.

After about 5 mins of hiding, a group of girls came in, dunno about 3 or 4??? The weird thing was that one of them was booboo! I was all wtf again... you're in my nightmare??? haha.. so i stood up from behind the sofa and went up to her. We saw each other as if we planned to meet in that room or sumthn. Gave her a kiss, and watched tv! haha..yeh there was a plasma tv on the wall...We were there for about an hour, so i totally forgot about that scary teenage girl that i saw.

After that one hour, all the girls decided to leave, home i guess? (what the hell were we doing in a hotel in the first place???) oh well...so i decided to leave too. The girls left first then i was behind them, last. As soon as i stepped outside that room, it didnt lead me to that dark lounge i was talking about before, but instead another flight of stairs going downwards. It was as if we were all at the top floor of the hotel (some presidential suite or sumthn. haha). But the stairs were dark...so that was kinda creepy. I had no idea where this stairs led, so i just followed the girls down. As soon as i walked down the steps, there was some sorta dining room with a very low ceiling. In the middle of the room was a long dining table covered with red table cloth. On top of the dining table on the ceiling was the only light that was on. Directly under that light was some girl sitting on the dining table. She had shoulder length black hair with a red dress and jeans. She had very pale white skin and it looked like she was writing in some journal...

After a few seconds, i shrieked like a fuckin girl cuz i realized that it was that teenage girl i saw earlier on! As soon as she heard me, the girl just went "ahha!" and turned around! (ahha as in "ahha, i found you!") I freaked and looked around me...booboo and everyone else was gone! shit i was all alone...i didnt know what to do... i didnt want to run pass her cause i was scared i'd die like that family in the beginnning, so i decided to run back the stairs! As soon as i turned around to run back up, i looked back and saw that she was right behind me!!! Pale face, sharp teeth big black pupils, black hair, red shirt! fucking freaked me out! She caught my leg and i fell i looked up and saw the room filled with light, hoping that that room was some sorta saviour, like heaven or sumthn. i tried to budge her grasp on my leg, but before i could, i just suddenly woke up!

I realized i was in my living room, with the tv off, everyone went to bed already, it was about 5am... i didnt wanna stay in the living room cuz i was fuckin scared, nor did i wanna go to my room and sleep there, so i decided to take my blanket and sleep in my mum's room...

Oh! i forgot to mention...i have NO IDEA how i know this, but that teenage girl's name was Nadia... i dont know how that name came about, but all i know was that that was her name! I dont know ANY nadias other than my young cousin about 10 years old... This stupid chick is really freaking me out... So if you know any nadias that fits the description, please let me know!!!

Hang Adibas Punya 18th B'Day

Yesterday, the 30th of May 2008, the young evolved to the mature; Adib Shahbuddin a.k.a Encem Boy. Yeh, i dont have any pictures of the event, but lemme just illustrate it with my words. haha.

Anyways, the party was organized by Akmal Aji (a.k.a Resolution Guy) and Adam Hanif (a.k.a Mr. Phillips). This part Akmal told me about. Yeh Adam invited Adib and Akmal to his house for 'revision and study' time for maths. Akmal arrived first (he didnt know that Adam had told Adib they were supposed to study - he thought adib knew they were going out for dinner). So Akmal was dressed all nice looking with his signature blazer which i really want. haha.

About 5 mins later, Adib's car comes rolling into adam's driveway. As soon as he got out of the car, he saw Akmal and asked "Eh, lawa jua pakaian mu kan studying ani, knapa ko?". gee i wonder why he asked. Its cuz Adib on the other hand.... came with his football jersey, sluar panjang rumah, and kasut slipar carrying his school bag and laptop. Akmal was probably thinking "uhhhh...i like your shoes???" haha.

So anyways adib changed into a nice going out shirt that adam lent. They went to port view fratini's where we (naj, qydah, fauzi and I) met them. We had a late lunch, well they did, i was still full from pre-sembyg jumaat lunch.. It took them about an hour to finally order their food. In the end, we all pitched in to pay and ended paying to the exact cent stated on the bill. ($133.85) and akmal had no change so he gave a $100 bill which caused a hassle. damn you rich ppl. haha jking.

After fratini's we went back to adam's house, all 7 of us. We all fitted ourselves in akmal's one-of-a-kind red toyota picnic, which btw has a good air conditioning system. it was very cool. haha. anyways when we got there we went straight up and saw adam's picturesque view. we played fuzball and then RISK!!! which akmal ruined by winning. the girls went home after the risk game and we the guys played fuzball again. adib so handal btw. then we played a lil bit of ping pong. then we left at around 7.45pm.

Thanks mal for your ride btw. ;) haha. and thanks adam for your fun at your house. thanks naj and qydah for making it less of guy thing. haha. and thanks dib for your bday. we can go back to teasing you yes?

Belated KK CAS Trip

Anyways, this was the journey we took at KK, the bad, the good, the boring, the fun, the angry, the funny, the happy, the sad, the cool, the loser, the tiring, the active, the outrageous, the shy, and so on...

This was a picture taken by Jeffrey i think... Otw to the hotel from the airport, we were very sakai to be out of brunei together. :D

And this was at the hotel where Adib and I started taking pictures first, and then everyone else belabih ikut-ikutan. (that means, they came and copied us). haha.

And then.... WE WERE ON THE HOTEL NOTICE BOARD! We were really surprised as you can see. haha sakai sakai.

And then the next day came... we walked for about 3-4 hours straight i think in the hot sun around KK. oh my it was tiring, boring and stupid. And in the end, none of it mattered to me!!! it was only the geo kids that were supposed to do it. i did hard work for nothing. hiya.

And this is just a picture of fauzi being gay. it was at hyatt after this really bad presentation from the Sabah tourism board. i fell asleep half the time. although the video they showed was fun. (Dr. Bellamy was featured in it) ;)

And this is either on the bus TO or FROM the kampong place we went to. i forgot already. and as you can see i wasnt supposed to be in the picture. but i mean, i'm always around ;)

And this was really cool. we had to walk over this thin bridge that was really scary. it was above the river which was cool. and i have no idea why i'm walking like that. i guess cuz it was hard to balance on.

and finally....introducing.... Awang Indon. Hard at work. I really do look like an indon though aye??? haha.

sigh....this was my fish that NOONE appreciated cuz of my colour choice. apparently, its not realistic colours. buuuuutt... if you look closely, its the bruneian colours!!! cool eh??? patriotic...? hmmm.

Then..... we got bored.... and played limbo with this long thing. we did alotta stuff with it..

This was the outside view of the school we were painting. It was nice ayE? we did all that painting.

haha, and this i gotta comment... omar, out of all the places you couldve been in this photo, why the hell did you have to be the one with the blackboard as your background???!!!! hahahaha.

okay thats better. except if you look closely, you'll notice that omar is surrounded by people dressed in white!!!! contrast??? bad luck???

These were the kids that went to the school. And infront were the toys and books that we all gave. The stupid thing is, we were told to bring any children's book. and all books except for two i think were all in english. and they couldnt read it for shit. so i felt bad for them.

The next day we had a day of cycling and rafting. unfortunately i didnt get any photos of the rafting just the cycling. It was shit. it started raining and jacob's bike broke so we had to wait under whatever it was.

This was at one of our pitstops. it was shit tiring, and i think you can see it from our faces. haha.
it was supposed to be a "fun" day... looks like they lied.

and this was the next day, friday, our last day in KK. we went back to town in the morning and we all decided to have lunch as a whole yr 12. :D the food was nice. and apparently the chef of this italian restaurant used to be the chef of fratini's in brunei. cool eh?

And so that was it. twas a fun week. wish i could go back.

Boys Night Out, Bump-a-car? ooowaaat!

IN September or October 2007 i think, after JIS Football Funday, we the boys ('MOHA' represent - Haziq 'Slick Diamond', Bakh 'Spektakular', Afif 'Kowboih', Abhar 'Pleasure', and myself Isa 'Whipped Krim') decided to go to 'Aladdin' but because of our lameness, we were so early it wasn't open yet. And so we decided to go for an 'adventure', hence Jerudong Park. It was the first time we've been there since i dunno, years ago. well actually not.

Anyways, while we were there, more than half the rides were gone! even the two tall tower things. so that sucked. So we ended up going to the bumper cars, which ended up becoming the highlight of the day. There was this orang putih man with his son who played with us, and it was awkward cuz we got that feeling you get when you wanna 'bump' them just to be nice and to get them included in the fun, but then you're scared that they might be thinking "what the hell you doing?! Leave us alone!" haha. but twas alright. I think the operators made the time longer since there was no one else there.

So all in all, that was what we basically did. Oh no wait, we did go on the waterlog mountain thing which was fun too. Oh and the go karts! Now that was vroom vroom. ;) Other than that, we just went to Aladdin when it opened. No wait, i don't think it was open, not sure. Forgot whether we ended up going there or not. haha.

Vietnam Trip!

In July-August 2007, Brunei sent 12 brave and very bad boys as representatives for the U18 Basketball Tournament held in Nha Trang, Vietnam. In our experience, we went through very intensive training and matches playing top teams including the Great China.

Not only did we learn new things through playing basketball at an international level, we also learned how to "have fun" baybay~ ;) If you know what i mean. It was a free country, a very very free one. We also made new friends with countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka, etc... We drooled over the some sexy girl teams as they too were competing within the tournament. Although most of them considered us as uncivilised, undisciplined (is that the opposite of disipline?), and bad influenced group of bad boys, we all knew that that was their own way of saying, "wow, their such cool guys who give such naughty vibes, rrrraaaawrrr" ;)

So from this, we all had a very amazing and one in a lifetime experience. And guys, like they all say, "we should do it again sometime".

Daily Update - Hafiz's BBQ

Hey internet lamers.

today was a good day. i had fun. i did stuff. went to hafiz's BBQ. had some of his great roti (*clucking sound*) john. it was exquisitely delisiosoh. nick had a fun time looking for the place at first. told him to go to jalan tutong shell station. instead he ended up at the kiarong/beribi shell station. smart person he is.

sadly, i don't have any pictures of the event. but i'm sure hafiz does. so go check out his site. i think he has one. not very sure. anyways, a whole lot of people showed up. amanda showed up. yes amanda i mentioned your name. cool. but its only because i know you're one of the only people who check my blog. thank you amanda for your consideration. i truly appreciate it.

oh and how can i forget the most special part of the night. JJ brought along his special dish. i think it was some sort of lasagna. well it looked like lasagna with a touch of mac 'n' cheese. it too was exquisitely delisiosoh. i'm just being nice Jay.
